If you ever encounter any problems with your Lanmeier product, please consult our FAQ or online user guides.

If this doesn’t solve the issue, contact us to initiate your warranty.

What is covered by this warranty?

Lanmeier products are warranted against defects in materials and faulty workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, when used in accordance with the respective products' user manuals.  Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

10-YEAR QUALITY GUARANTEE

Available for customers who purchased products on www.lanmerier.com, and products are faulty outside the 1-year warranty period. They will be eligible for a 50% off discount on www.lanmeier.com for purchasing a new device. This offer can only be used once and applies to up to 3 items in a single order.  Unless otherwise specified, this offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?

Lanmeier Sex Machine accessories: Universal Power Adapter (not included in US packages) and Hex Wrench.

What will LANMEIER do in the event of a warranty claim?

At Lanmeier, we stand by the quality of our products. If you discover a defect and notify Lanmeier during the warranty period, Lanmeier will, at its discretion. Lanmeier will cover the cost of shipping replacement items.

What information is required?

• Product serial number (located on the packaging).

• Proof of purchase including the purchase receipt, invoice, the order number, purchase date, and location (website or store name).

• Defect description.

• Proof of defect in the form of a picture or video.

What is not covered by the warranty?

This warranty excludes any defects or damage arising from the product being used other than in the manner it was intended (as indicated in the product user manual), normal wear and tear, commercial use, lack of appropriate maintenance, inadequate installation, negligence, natural disasters, accidents, acts of God, and damages caused by abusive use, accident, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

IS THE WARRANTY TRANSFERABLE?

The warranty is bound to the person of the first buyer and is not transferable. The warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser.

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not offer any kind of satisfaction guarantee. Discontinue use if any pain, irritation, or discomfort occurs. To avoid injury or aggravation of pre-existing conditions, this device should not be used on swollen or inflamed areas.
